Send clear photographs showing the complete piece and the area requiring attention.
Share Details
Tell us what happened and, if available, provide your order number or proof of purchase.
Initial Review
We will advise whether the piece should be brought to the boutique for a physical inspection.
Approval
Chargeable work begins only after the available repair, estimated cost and timing are approved.

Every Piece Is Assessed Individually
Photographs allow us to provide initial guidance, but a final diagnosis and quotation may require physical inspection. Some damage, alterations or non-GHAYA pieces may not be repairable. Do not send jewelry before receiving instructions from GHAYA.
